CSA SHARES WITH WIMER’S ORGANICS
– Farm Fresh Organic Produce
Due to the success of our partnership with Wimer’s Organics in 2013, Warminster Parks & Recreation will continue to bring fresh organic produce to the community through the 2014 growing season. Consumers purchase a share and in return receive a box of seasonal produce each week throughout the season; contents will vary as the harvest dictates. Weekly Share members receive a share box every week, Biweekly Share members - every other week. Shares are available as Full Season (value), Summer Season or Fall Season – Weekly or Biweekly. Share Pickup will be at the WREC@WCP- Wednesdays between 4:30-7:30 PM.
2014 Share Prices to be announced.
• Full Season Share 30 weeks – May through November
• Summer Season Share: 18 weeks – May through August.
• Fall Season Share: 12 weeks – September through November
Egg and Yogurt Shares available upon request.
Additional information can be found and shares may be purchased through the WREC or online @ www.wimersorganics.com
Many factors, especially weather, determine what crops are grown and included in a share. The contents of the boxes are the responsibility of the CSA farmers. Warminster Parks has no control over what kinds of produce are delivered each week and is providing this as a service to area residents by making available a pickup location for the CSA.
