We invite residents and non-residents to join us on our 2012 trips and tours. Phone registration can only be taken with a DISCOVER, VISA or MASTERCARD! A 50% deposit is due at the time of registration to hold your space. Balance is due 30 days prior to trip date. We cannot guarantee group seats together, either in the venue or on the bus. If you need special facilities, such as handicapped accessibility, please notify the Department at the time of registration and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Day trips and tours are sold as complete packages only. No member or senior discounts on overnight tours. All P&R Refund policies in effect. Consumption of alcoholic beverages on the bus/van is prohibited. REGISTER EARLY!! Trips not meeting minimum participation requirements must be cancelled at least 32 days prior to actual trip date – Don’t delay.
