Free Self-Defense in May! Our Karate instructors will be holding Karate and Women’s Self Defense open house workshops on the first three Saturdays in May from 10:00-11:00 AM at the WREC. Learn the basics of karate and self-defense in these “teaser” sessions. Classes are free, but you must pre-register. (215-443-5428)
